Vincent De Luca
Protecting Warringah's Lifestyle -
The Manly Warringah Football Association thanks Vincent De Luca for his support of football and for supporting us with our synthetic field at Cromer Park.
As a cancer survivor like Vince, I know how important it is to raise money
Vincent De Luca has been one of the White Ribbon Campaign's top Ambassadors for some years now. His energy, intelligence and excellent networking skills have been a major boost in gaining cross-partisan support for the Campaign in the NSW Parliament. What's more, his cooperative and diplomatic approach ensures that he receives ongoing support for the causes he represents. Vince has the quality of the best leaders, which is to bring out the best in those around him but also to know when it's time to take charge, so he gets things done happily and well. I recommend him to any constituent who prefers well-constructed policy to political point-scoring.
Vincent De Luca OAM is a very special individual. I have personally witnessed the tremendous assistance and support he gives to a number of causes aimed at producing better facilities and services for young people; particularly the disadvantaged. He truly cares about the issues that matter and will go out of his way to help people. I have found him to be a hard working, considerate and trustworthy man of the highest integrity. He is an outstanding community representative. I cannot commend him highly enough to you.
I have known Vince for most of my life. His devotion to improving soccer
Vincent has been an outstanding supporter of surf life saving for years, obtaining much needed funds for our club houses and services. He can always be relied upon on to speak up for surf life saving.
Vincent De Luca has shown the courage to stand up for what people really care about in Warringah. He has worked tirelessly in opposing the 18 storey towers in Dee Why. Vincent has the knowledge, experience and dedication that Warringah needs now.
Vincent De Luca OAM is an extraordinary person who gives his all to his community and those in need. He is relentless in his work for those less fortunate. He truly cares about people and has my utmost admiration for his tireless efforts. He has my support to become Mayor and Councillor of Warringah.

Vincent’s compassion and work addressing Warringah’s drug and alcohol problem over many years is something to be admired. We fully support him to be our Mayor. He knows the people, he knows the issues and he will put, as he always does, his heart and soul into the job.
Angela and Tony Wood,
Vincent has followed in the footsteps of his late grandmother, Marjorie Smith OAM a stalwart of the Dee Why Ladies Amateur Swimming Club and our community and has dedicated his life to serving others. I have worked with him on committees and community issues. His professionalism, ethics, knowledge and qualifications gives me no hesitation in supporting him to be our Mayor and Councillor.
Isa Wye MBE OAM,
Vincent is a wonderful community worker. He support young people and is always willing to help a good cause. I support him to become Mayor of Warringah and Councillor.
Champion Brookvale Soccer Coach,
Community Leader and recipient of the Warringah Council
Outstanding Community Service Award
I have worked with Vincent over many years in volunteer organisations. His intelligence, ability and commitment is outstanding. I support him to become Mayor of Warringah and Councillor.
Vincent has always stuck up for our community. He has lead the fight and will continue to fight against the proposed 18 storeys in Dee Why which will set a precedent for my suburb of Collaroy and the rest of Warringah. He has already worked to improve our transport, infrastructure and childcare services and I know as Mayor he will make a difference on these issues.
I could not think of a better and more dynamic person to represent my family. Since a very young age Vincent has proved he cares about the environment, our community and its people and is prepared to devote his energies to making Warringah a better place. He will continue to fight the onslaught of overdevelopment.
